Our inclusion and accessibility training services help organisations to foster a more aware, sensitive and inclusive environment for people with disabilities.

One of the biggest barriers to accessibility is a lack of awareness or sensitivity —often due to limited exposure or misconceptions. Even when leadership is committed, employees at various levels may not fully understand the needs, rights, and potential of persons with disabilities.

Our interactive workshops and training sessions address these gaps by blending empathy-building, legal awareness, and practical guidance. We aim to shift attitudes by:

  • Reinforcing the legal obligations under the RPWD Act, 2016 and other frameworks
